Detailed Product Description

1.M type massive-output water-cooling CNG mother station compressor is 4-thread symmetry balance compressor. 4 cranks are put in cross shape. The inertia moment is in completely balance, which enable the compressor run well and not to vibrate.
2. One thread has only one cylinder. The piston ring, packing and fragile spares can be maintenance easily.
3. Non-balance section compressor technology which achieved national patent (patent number ZL98229860.9) and high-pressure packing seal technology which can save more than 10%power comparing with balance compressors in China are taken into use. If a mother station produces 100,000m3/day, using this technology can save 480,000kw-h(the input gas pressure is 1.0Mpa).
4. The assembly is packing whole. The compressor is driven by elastic coupling of motor, convenient to transport and install.
5. If needed, acoustic enclosure can be added to compressor to meet the need of running outside all day. Acoustic enclosure consists of space heater,flammable gas alarm system, maintenance hanging girder, explosive proof lamps, safety door shifting shutter and sound insulator path. This acoustic enclosure is safe, convenient to repaire.
6. Lubricating system includes lubrication heating system (especially for northern environment) and pre-lubricating system, auto control the temperature of lubricant to guarantee the lubricating of important parts such as cross head sliding path.
7.Piston rings and packing seal assembly are made of imported polytetra fluoroethylen (PTFE) non-oil lubricating materials, wear-resisting and low maintenance cost and wont bring virulent accidence such as pulling cylinder.
8.  The pad valve was awarded national scientific progress prize. Cushion efficiency produced by cushion key can reduce the inpingement from valve plate made of stainless steel materials. The valve spring was imported from Sweden.
9. Crosshead supporting face is covered with Babbitt alloy steel that is wear-resisting.
10. The cylinder jacket is pre-mask jacket, small friction rates. The friction among cylinder, piston ring and support ring is small, which can extend the using time of the assembly.
11. The cylinder and packing are cooled by forced input water and cooling effect is good.
12.Cooling style is water-cooling or mixed cooling (wind cooling and closed water cooling) and choose able: Water-cooling compressor assembly takes separatable pipeline cooler. The air flows in the pipe and water outside. The water gas walks in opposite direction. The structure of the assembly is small and beautiful. The pipe core is seperatable, the water dust is easy to clean.
    The air cooler of mixed cooling compressor assembly is packing on the compressor .The closed water cooling system holds small floor space suits the northern area and small CNG filling station.
13.Control system of compressor is composed of PLC writable controller of Siemen and soft driven starter, which can inspect the work of compressor assembly to guarantee the assembly working safely.
